including information for novice racers. Tips on Navigation, Orienteering, Kayaking, Canoes, Treking, Mountain Biking and related skills are included. Adventure racing content is always being expanded so check back often. Other endurance sports are also featured from time to time, including ultra-marathons. Team Racing with Giants have raced in many adventure races, including Primal Quest, Big Blue, E-fix, E-Camp and SVS (Silicon Valley Series). If you are new to adventure racing, cyclocross, xterra and similar 'intelligent races', the Racing with Giants website includes information for novice racers in the Rookie Arena area. This includes information on navigation (including compass use, UTM plotting and mapping), ropes work (rappeling, ascending, jummaring, traversing), paddling techniques (canoe and kayaks), mountain biking and the like.
